Welcome

Welcome to Clark University, a teaching and research institution founded in 1887 as the first all-graduate school in the United States.  Until Clark instituted undergraduate programs in 1902, the University offered only Ph.D.-granting programs.  Clark's College of Professional and Continuing Education (COPACE) has been serving the adult learner for over 75 years..

We understand the hurdles continuing education students must overcome—balancing a career, home and sometimes family in order to complete or begin the course work that will be relevant to their professional and personal lives.

The COPACE curriculum is built upon the rich liberal arts tradition of Clark University with a focus toward professional studies. Our classes utilize a collaborative classroom environment with courses designed to address the needs of career focused individuals. COPACE faculty are practitioners as well as academicians who are well versed in adult learning practices.

We offer courses through the year—spring and fall semesters as well as two summer sessions—our schedule fits your schedule.

Please check the Events and News Section of our website regularly for coming events and updates on course offerings, meetings and deadlines. These sections are updated weekly so that our students will not miss any important events or deadlines.
