Admissions to American Language and Culture Institute
Admissions Application
International students must plan to enter the
United States on a Student Visa (F1). You must:
• Complete and submit an ALCI application form, a $50.00 application fee, and a non-refundable $200
tuition deposit (a total of $250.00 in fees and deposits).
• If on-campus housing is wanted, also submit a $300.00 housing deposit (for a total of $550.00 in fees and deposits). The housing deposit will be refunded only if there is no space in housing. • Submit proof of high school completion (translated into English) • Submit a letter of financial guarantee (usually from a bank on letterhead) showing in terms of a specific amount of money, that you (or your parents or sponsor) have enough money to cover the costs of your education and living expenses while you are in the United States. See "Total Program/Living Costs" below for the amount that must be covered by the letter. • Enroll in ALCI as a full-time student Deadlines
• November 1 for the Spring Semester (January - April)
